If a problem falls within a the warranty all repairs and shipping back to you is covered. Repairs outside of this warranty period a flat service fee of $35.00 including shipping back to you will be charged.
DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. can receive 4DTranslator back for a channel updating if desired, a fee of $20 including shipping back to you will be charged.
Please use the RMA request form and write this RMA # on the shipment back to DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. this will track your unit in service.
