Sales Tax Policy
DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. is required to charge sales tax for all orders billed in the state of Florida. No sales tax is currently required from any other state.
Shipping Policy
Orders normally ship within 5 business days from receiving credit card authorization. Additional charges may apply for orders being shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. If additional shipping charges do apply you will be notified via email prior to shipment.
Return Policy
We at DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. are confident you will find the workmanship of our products to be satisfactory. However, in the event you are not satisfied please contact our Customer Service department at customer.service@dvrblackbox.com. DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. will refund the purchase price of your product. You will be given instructions on how to ship the product back to us when you call. In all cases, Support does not refund any shipping charges to return the product. In the case of a defective item you will not be charged shipping to send a new product to you.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). We will not issue an RMA for any product that is over 30 days old as measured by the ship date order history. Unless defective, items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived to our processing center. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
Privacy Policy
DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. collects information from its customers to fill orders, contact purchasers to inform them of their order status, to send promotional information, to enhance the operation of our site and administer our systems. DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. does not share collected information to third party organizations. However, DVRBLACKBOX, Inc. does reserve the right to modify this policy at any time in the future without notice to our customers.
